Here you have, a "WAD" file that adds custom decals (bullet holes) to the game.
Take a look:

These custom holes definitely look a lot better than the default "black spots" the game has

BTW, I found this file years a go, that's why I cannot remember who the original author was.

This WAD file should work with both versions of the game (Steam - Won), just copy/paste into your "Valve" folder.

What the hell are you talking about?? Obviously, you don't even know what the file is about.
I can certainly assure that it's a harmless WAD file (it's not even a freaking executable nor a DLL). I'd never post anything that could be harmful to anyone.

EDIT: if the file is as "evil" as you say; PROVE IT!!
