need a little help with scripting!

Just need some help with the actual char. scripts, like how the hell do they work? I figured out everything else so far, just cant seem to get npc_ally script working. Anybody got a map that would explain that in detail for me, i would very much appreciate it.

Pleased you figured it out, just wished I knew what you were taking about, like most of us I just play them without understanding what makes them.
