“Above the Downtrodden is a single player level set within the Half Life 2 universe, within the town of Ravenholm. The focus of this project was to create a short Half Life 2 level that included several key elements including: scripted sequences, environmental and lighting design, and at least one unique or “wow” moment.”

Nice design but not enough gameplay to really enjoy it. I liked the cable effect but when that’s all you remember about a level, that’s not a good thing.
The ending annoyed me but that’s for tomorrow’s poll question.
Anyway, probably worth playing if you liked Ravenholm.

Nice design, but nothing to do. Kill zombies and it finishes. Nothing exciting.

Good design but minimum game play. This would be a good start to a bigger level.
The end is irritating. Why can’t mappers give us at least a good final battle, please. In this case, perhaps, a swarm of speed zombies.
The cable zip was fun but I had already played ‘The Factory’ which was even more fun and climactic.

I liked this map. Would be great as an intro to a larger map or mod.
