  1. Phillip says Play It!

This is the second bonus map I have played for Portal. I didn’t finish the first one because, as I learned later, the author allowed the play to fall into the greeny fluid and survive, but that’s another story.

    Back to this one.

I found the puzzles generally easy but quite interesting. The author has used GlaDoS (Or however you capitalize it!) and this is a nice touch.

If all the maps were this long and fun I would play more. In fact this could be the start of something beautiful.

  2. Despite my comment in your last post, I’m going to d/l this and give it a go. I’m contrary like that. :)

  3. Personal Favourite

This is a Portal map that proves the exception to the rule. Superb stuff. You won’t need any extra skills than those needed to beat the original game, but it still manages to throw in a few new puzzle elements. Probably the best Portal map I’ve played — hardly surprising though when you check out the author’s homepage. The guy clearly knows what he’s doing.

  4. Play It Now!

This is the first Portal map I have tried and yeah, I liked this one too.
The puzzles are not hard but at first glance I thought, “Aw what”.

  5. Play It Now!

I liked this map. Very well designed. The puzzles was not so hard that I got frustrated but tricky enought to make me feel smart when succeeding.

  6. mmmmm yummy portal, maybe a new catagory for pp? theres also a mod to play hl2 with the portal gun, havnt had a chance to try it yet,but sooooooon.games games gamesfor the seasons :)

  7. Play It Now!

A nice map with intriguing puzzles. My only worry is that there may not be much re-play value to it – to me, half the fun of this one is trying to decide what to do next, and once you know that…

Still, definitely worth playing at least once.

    Play It Now!

    “It was all a dream….You were a goddamned pigeon….”

    Huh?

Going back to try the “Challenge” maps now…..Definitely a “Play it Now” though….

@bkadar Haven’t seen that one, any idea where to find it?

    Play It Now!

    I liked this one alot.

The portion with large room and the green whateveritis at the bottom made me pause for a while and just stare. How the hell am I supposed to get over there. Finally figured it out and then it was simply a matter of pulling it off. took me about 12 tries but I did finally manage it.

And I simply loved the ending, bit of a Python slant.

  10. Play It Now!

I liked it. Well done. The ending, while humorous, didn’t do much for me. However the puzzles were just right: they took some thought, and some were tricky or ingenious… But my favorite part is that once you figure out how to defeat them, the execution is not really difficult. I was able to play this one without looking at a walkthrough, which wasn’t true of the last few I played, and that makes me happy.
    Thank you for this map!

I recently took a stab at making a portal map, and this one has encouraged me to go ahead and make something even if it seems “not difficult enough”.

    Play It Now!

I’d say play it now, its well designed and good fun :) Not too long either

  12. Play It Now!

One of the best games I’ve ever played. I started getting annoyed on the last level, but not to the point that I quit. It was an inspirational annoyed, like that feeling at the end of a game when you’re like “Come on, man, this is it. You can do this!”

Loved the ending. All those emotions you mixed in with it, I thought I might explode from all this excitement. Genuine from all else. I commend you one this mod.
