“the goal of this project was to create a unique game mechanic in Half-Life 2 through scripting. Base Jump is a Half-Life 2 mission where the player has to barricade the windows on the second floor of a warehouse from jumping, flaming zombies.”

[...] Base Jump (HL2:Ep2) [...]

I like it! Prepare your barricade and get ready! It’s a clever piece of design that allows the player as much time as they want to prepare for the Fast Zombies. For such a simple idea it works quite well.
I ,and I know other players (you know who you are Mr Canadian !), spent a while getting all the crates exactly how we wanted them. In fact, this could make a fun co-op level.
All in all, worth the download and the time it takes to play. Go get it.

There is something new here. We have an option kill zombies or don’t let them inside. Nice touch. But design is bad.

For when your twiddling your thumbs. Level design non-existant but that’s not the point which is to defend the fuel tank. Neat little idea.
Glad I played it but will not play it again

It’s been said, but I’ll say it again. Interesting idea, but not terribly exciting. Not much more than a few mildly amusing arena settings.

I liked it. Very basic map layout, but the concept was interesting.
If I play it again, I can either stack more crates (since I have as much time as I want), or bash them all, or whatever.
