Think Twice won because there's nothing new. Play this if you want to play every mod out there, or if you have maybe 20 minutes to waste. The thing I really disliked about this is I had to use the -autoconfig launch option to run it. I can even load Outpost 16 on my sad, old system (well, it's too laggy for me to want to play); I shouldn't need to use autoconfig for a slightly older mod.
