You are Bob Dewey, Black Mesa janitor. You arrive at the research facility for another day at work: cleaning up the mess those smart ass scientists leave behind, refilling the soapboxes in the toilets, listening to Barney’s stupid jokes and reading Penthouse Magazine.

OBJECTIVE: Shut down or destroy terrorist chemical devices You were sent on a mission to take down the terrorist waste complex. But you were delayed! They put you in prison. You must find a way out of there fast before they eliminate you! Seek help. You may encounter some other dudes. But don’t shoot everything down, it might be friendly! We believe you can do it!”

The terraformation of Xen has begun. The planet now supports a breathable oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere and earth-like gravity. A scientific facility called the Xeno Project has been set up on the planet for continuing research into portal technology. Tension on the planet is running high due to the secrecy surrounding the project and the military’s distrust of the scientific community.

You are Gordon Freeman. Your mission is to report to the underground test lab at the Xeno Project.

You are Gordon Freeman. You have accepted work from the mysterious G-Man. You thought he was interested in giving you work as a special agent, to go on secret missions and save the world! Instead, he assigns you to an office, to work through mounds of paperwork.

“This map consists of a flat desert which covers the maximum 2 dimensional area possible in a Half-Life map. The interesting thing about the map are the small armies of human grunts and Xen aliens facing each other. Join in the fight or sit back and watch the fun! Run around a bit, letting some enemies chase you, so that they see the other army and the action starts. You will also probably want to use the cheats described below, if only to give yourself some weapons! This map may run choppily, due to the large number of monsters. If you see the framerates start to drop, remember you can always turn down the resolution.”
