Starting in a stairway and corridor, you just have to slowly work your way through the building.

Beware though, alien enemies are constantly appearing and making you life difficult and those army grunts aren’t too friendly either!

Can you reach the outside?

You find yourself in a dark and atmospheric place.

Work your way through the Cathedral to the Garden and finally onto the graveyard.

Fighting Zombies and Vortigaunts at every turn.

Pay attention – things are more complex than they might first appear. Intrigue, subterfuge, and mystery predominate. An ancient machine tainted with human technology, guarded by a vicious pack of Nihilanthi aliens. There are few answers, but many questions. Will they ever be resolved?

After escaping with the scientist in Rescue 9-1-Freeman you find yourself with him dead and no where else to go but forward!

This time, you are intercepted by an old friend and that’s when things get a little tough.

As always, keep going and kill everything that is in your way.

Your objective is to reach the captive scientist and escape with him.

Of course, there are a lot of obstacles in your way.

At one point, stealth is required, otherwise your mission will be compromised.

Two scientists talking. Sounds like they are talking about you.

You seem to be stuck on the wrong side of a radiation door.

Can you find your way through Black Mesa and escape?

You are given a job by the Gman.

Something about a base being infected and you must secure it.

Being a good employee, you don’t question it and just go do it!

You start off in your bedroom and a noise alerts you.

You are kidnapped and then forced to fight your way through the research facility.

Be careful, enemies are stronger and not everybody is as they seem.

Ispitatel 2 continues on from Ispitatel, where you finished in the large office building.

You seem to have been contracted by the Gman, who decides to send you on more missions.

Don’t get too comfortable though, as you move around a lot.

The terraformation of Xen has begun. The planet now supports a breathable oxygen-nitrogen atmosphere and earth-like gravity. A scientific facility called the Xeno Project has been set up on the planet for continuing research into portal technology. Tension on the planet is running high due to the secrecy surrounding the project and the military’s distrust of the scientific community.

You are Gordon Freeman. Your mission is to report to the underground test lab at the Xeno Project.

This is the beta release of an unfinished mod. Since this will never be finished, Adam gave permission for it to be released.

There are only two maps and the second one is just two small areas.

My original post had many more screenshots, including outdoor areas with trains, but these are absent from the released files.

You find yourself on a spaceship, which seems to be researching Xen lifeforms.

Follow the clues to a spot on the ship and then ignore the sign.

At this point things turn fun!

Are you fast and smart enough to escape? Only time will tell….

Starting in the kitchen you need to kill everything you find and then look for the secret button to release the floor doors and enter the underground area.

That’s all there is: no story, just an excuse to shoot stuff.

Sounds fun to me!

With Gordon Freeman about to enter the world of Xen, the military air strikes continue to pound Black Mesa into the night. You play a remaining HEV suited scientist, and with Freeman about to escape to a far worse situation, you have to get out of your own tight spot. There’s a bunker near your location, it’s best if you get into it before the military bombardment kills you.

“Three years ago, my newly founded work associates and I started work on a portal experiment that went horribly wrong, due to “unforeseen circumstances”. Between our world and Xen, a horrifically violent alien world, a large rift in the fabric of space and time was formed. This allowed all manner of violent species to come, uninterrupted, through the portal and vanquish the Earth. They caused the apocalypse as we now know it.”

You don’t know who you are, where you are and where you should be.

In true Half-Life fashion, go forth and kill!

After a short battle and building a barricade, you decide to take a rest.

Once rested, it’s time to continue your escape.

Of course, that’s not going to be easy!

Once again Gordon Freeman has a new job in another top secret laboratory. Here, the scientists have found a way to free alien slaves from the will of their masters. They have already freed some and hired them to work in the lab. But there’s also a team which runs some crazy experiments on teleportation. There is a disaster waiting to happen!

The scenario is simple: Save your own skin and get to the surface.

Based in Black Mesa, you get to see a small part of the underground facility and even a quick trip to Xen, if you look in the right place.

This mini-partial-conversion was made for a mapping competition.

It features a medieval theme, some Quake touches and a great soundscape.

Enemies and weapons are all from the Half-Life universe.
