    Phillip says Avoid It!

I was not expecting much when I played this and consequently it proved to be a valuable preparation.

    Visuals
Nothing spectacular or worthy of mention, which in itself isn’t a bad sign, but coupled with the gaps in the maps gives cause for concern.

    Gameplay
Very much in your face, beside the manhacks, all the attacks are at face height and directly infront of you.

    Layout and Design
A mismash of ideas, bundled together, with no real continuity.

    Summary
Sorry, but there are better maps to play.

    Should be called The Pity

    Maybe?

Yes there are many better maps to play. Unfortunately I’ve played them which left me withis one.
No eyecandy for sure. Short and not particularly sweet.
Found no bugs and no gaps either – not that I look for gaps, just the next combat encounter. Combat was OKish but not challenging.
If you want average or better, then this is not for you.
Worth a play if you want to dodge taking the dog for a walk on a cold winters evening.

Two old map fragments stuck together without any reason. The epitome of what not to do. Luckily, an exception in PP, thanks to our esteemed “Modfinder Master”.

i will not give this one a Avoid it recommendation, simply because i value the effort someone takes to make a map. still, this mod, or better said map isn’t much better as a Avoid it.

like said above does this mod have a few new custom made weapons (pistol, SMG1), and they do look awsome !!
other then that its a waste of playing it. in nearly each corner you can see between the brushes through into the skybox, ( a beginner mapper mistake i asume, never set your Grid value of the editor under the 8, or it should be that you need to map very detailed).
and then there are the textures, in lots of places there stretched, or look odd in another way. all in all it seems that the maker of this map/mod wanted to show his weapons, who are great. but it would have been best to ask another mapper to use them instead of making this map/mod himself to show them.

great weapons, but a waste of playing when you ask me.

and the end was very confusing, suddenly it gets dark (fade out), and that’s it. you can hear yourself walking and shooting, but that’s it. the map doesn’t end, you need to press escape to get out of the ma/mod.

    Think Twice

Well this was pretty awful as far as mapping. A bunch of leftover textures thrown together. However there was some OK gameplay and nicely modified weapons, so it wasn’t a total loss. Stupid ending.

    Think Twice

The proportions were off–wide, low-ceilinged corridors exist, but these just looked wrong. And the door that opens directly onto the stairs?

Why do people insist on putting unreasonable barriers in mods? If you have a door–especially a guarded door–you should have direct access to the door, you shouldn’t have to scale a fence to get to it. But whatever.

The combat was okay. The squads were too dumb to do anything, except for the first guy.

And it ended very abruptly. At least I think the black screen was the end.
