AboutEverything you need to know to enter

Previous competitions' themes were criticised for being too restrictive. The judges created the theme this time and it's much more open and flexible than some of the others.

Your entry must use the gravity gun and be fun and exciting to play. It can be set in any environment you like, as long as it runs in EP2.

You may include one other weapon but it must have limited ammo.

The contest lasts 50 days.

Closing Date:
Monday 19th September 2011

To Enter

Send an email (planetphillip@gmail.com) with your map attached and any installation instructions.

Make sure you include a readme.txt, identifying youself as the author, and any other details you feel important.

Files larger than 20MB should be uploaded to a free host first.

4. No assets from retail games other than HL2, HL2: Ep1 or HL2: Ep2 are allowed.

5. No assets from previously released maps or mods are allowed without written permission from their original authors, which MUST be included in the entry email.

PrizeShow me the money!

One winner will be selected by the judges. The maximum prize awarded will be 100 US Dollars paid ONLY via PayPal. The judges will decide upon the exact amount of the prize, based on the number and quality of the entries.

* Please Note, ALL the judges are professional level designers, so they KNOW what they are talking about. They choose the winner and how much the prize will be - not Phillip
